Wildflower Sundays: Root & Rise Into Your Week
A cozy evening ritual of breath, reflection, and renewal.
Wildflower Sundays offer a restorative space to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your authentic self, and step into the week ahead with calm intention.
End your week with intention and begin the next with clarity.
Each gathering includes:
An herbal tea to ground and soothe
Gentle breathwork to settle the nervous system
Guided meditation or visualization for release and renewal
Self-reflection and intention setting to align with your week ahead
Rooted in the wisdom of nature, these evenings invite you to slow down, reflect, and rise into the week with calm strength and renewed presence.
What to Bring:
yoga mat, blanket, and pillow, journal
eye mask is optional

Tending Grief: A Gentle 6-Week Series for Healing in Community
Grief is not a problem to fix; it’s a story to honor. Grief is complex, personal, and can be isolating. These group sessions are an opportunity to develop your understanding of the grieving process, to look at grief from your own personal perspective, and to do so within a safe caring community.
Whether you’re grieving a death, a relationship, a role, or a life that no longer fits, this series offers a compassionate space to explore your experience. Each week offers a different theme and supportive tools for moving through grief with care.
Weekly Themes:
Week 1 - What Is Grief, Really?
Week 2 - The Body Remembers: Grief & the Nervous System
Week 3 - Permission to Feel
Week 4 - The Unseen Parts of Grief: Identity & Isolation
Week 5 - Holding Grief & Hope Together
Week 6 - Ritual, Memory & Moving With Grief
Each session includes:
A short grief-informed teaching
Grounding or reflective practice (ex - breathwork, meditation, journaling)
Optional group sharing in a safe, confidential circle
Take-home prompts or resources
