All sessions begin at 7 pm and will run 60-90 minutes depending on the amount of sharing.

Grief can be isolating and lonely. There is so much value in gathering together with a community of like minded people. My goal as a certified grief educator is to normalize talking about grief and to provide safe and caring spaces for people to learn about their grief, connect with others, and have their journey witnessed.

Each gathering will include a short educational piece about grief, a practice that participants can take home to use over the next month, and an opportunity (but no pressure) for sharing.

The Wildflower Way offers sliding scale pricing for Wildflower Grief Circles to increase access while honoring the care and presence this work requires.
