Build Your Own Session

The Wildflower Way is now offering a new way to relax and reset. Gather together your favorite people, or person, and let’s chat about what kind of a session might be right for you. 

OPTIONS INCLUDE: 

  • Relaxing breathwork and/or guided meditation

  • Conscious Connected Breathwork - a more in-depth healing practice that guides you to release stress and trauma that is held in your body

  • Grief Support Circle - includes teachings to help you understand your grief, as well as an opportunity to share, if you wish, in a safe supportive environment, and take home some tips and techniques to add to your toolbox

  • Build Your Wellness Toolkit - Learn a variety of breathwork and somatic practices that you can use in your day to day life

  • Let’s get creative! How about some art therapy or journaling? What we can do is only limited by our imaginations!
