Wildflowers bloom in unexpected places, finding light and life even in the harshest conditions. I believe we each hold the same quiet strength - a deep rooted resilience that can carry us through any transition. Like wildflowers, we have a remarkable ability to adapt, rise, and bloom in the most unexpected seasons of life.

My own seasons of loss have taught me how to look for the light. The tools that helped me heal are now the ones I offer to others, walking beside them through their own seasons of change so they feel seen, supported, and well equipped to navigate whatever life brings their way.

At The Wildflower Way, my mission is to help each of you honor your story, rediscover your resilience, and step forward feeling grounded, clear, and fully alive. Through a compassionate blend of breathwork, meditation, grief education, and mentorship, I create a safe and empowering space to process change, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your inner strength.

My approach combines gentle guidance with powerful mind-body practices, helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Here, we honor every loss, celebrate every new beginning, and nurture the wise spirit within.

    Our breath is the most powerful tool that we have. Conscious Connected Breathwork offers a powerful path back to yourself through the simple act of breathing with intention. Whether you’re navigating grief or burnout, or just seeking space to reconnect, these sessions are a chance to soften, release, and bloom in your own time, in your own way.

    Meditation isn’t about removing ourselves from the world. It’s about learning to BE in the world. Meditation is a practice, but becomes a state of being.

  • Walking with you through the seasons of grief, one breath at a time. 

    The right way to grieve is your way. There is no timeline, no linear phases to follow. I am here to serve you based on your unique experience and expression. 

    Grief is not just about death. It comes with any change that you did not want: lost or changing relationships, changing roles as our children or parents age, job loss or career change, loss of a pet, and the list goes on. 

    In providing grief support my role is to create a compassionate space for you to process and integrate the emotions and identity shifts that come with that change.

    Grief can be isolating; I hope that you will allow me to walk beside you. Together we will honor your loss and create space for new growth.

    Mentoring is a powerful process of communication and problem solving. The relationship between a Mentor and a client is co-creative and focused on the client’s interests, challenges, and goals. 

    I believe that we all have the wisdom that we need within us. My role is to ask the right questions that lead you to self discovery and clarity.
