The Wildflower Way offers multiple ways to be supported, whether you’re seeking quiet companionship, shared space, or deeper one-on-one care.
Grief Notes - For those walking with loss. Each month, I share a short reflection on grief - how it shows up, how it changes, and how we might meet it with a little more steadiness and care. There is no fixing, no pressure, and no expectation to “be okay.” Just a quiet place to land, once a month. Grief Notes are free to receive and delivered directly to your inbox. SIGN UP HERE
Guided Grief Practices Library (COMING SOON!) - A library of grounding, breath, and body-based supportive practices you can return to whenever grief feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. Available for purchase and included in 1-1 Grief Support packages.
Wildflower Grief Circles - An opportunity to gather online or in person (in Elk Point and St. Paul, Alberta) with other people who are also on their grief journey. Each evening will include a short educational piece on grief, time for sharing (with no pressure to do so), and tools you can take home to use. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO.

The Wildflower Mourning 1-1 Grief Support Journeys
Grief asks us to walk tender paths, and no two journeys look the same. That’s why I offer two 1-1 mentoring options: gentle, focused support or a deeper, more expansive exploration.
Seeds of Light
A gentle, four week journey for those seeking comfort in fresh grief, navigating tender anniversaries, or simply needing a compassionate pause. This offering plants the first seeds of healing and introduces you to supportive practices without the commitment of a longer program.
Finding Light in Loss
An eight week journey for those ready to go deeper. Together, we create space for meaning, healing, and self-compassion. This path offers ongoing support, grief focused practices, and tools to help you carry your loss with resilience and care.
Whether you begin with Seeds of Light or step into the fuller Finding Light in Loss, each journey meets you where you are with tenderness, presence, and hope.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not advice. It’s a spacious container where one can grieve out loud, reconnect with their body, and feel gently witnessed.
1-1 Mentoring sessions are done over Zoom. In person sessions may be possible by request.

Practices may include: grounding meditations, gentle breathwork, journaling prompts, somatic presence work, and ritual

Finding Light in Loss Grief Support Journey
A gentle, eight week private mentoring experience to support you through grief, loss, or transition - one breath, one root, one day at a time.
Ideal For:
People navigating grief of any kind: loss of a loved one, identity, relationship, health, or way of life.
Those ready to dig deeper. It is not about “moving on”; it’s about creating space for healing, meaning, and self-compassion.
